Premiere Location Available
A historic Classical Revival style three story brick structure located on E. Commerce St. across from the City Hall Annex building. This structure dates back to 1931 and served as the City Hall, housing the Bridgeton Police Department, City Council Chambers, and Municipal Court Offices. When those departments and offices moved to their new location , the structure became vacant and ready for adaptive reuse.

Development Director John L Barry was invited to speak at the National Congress of Cities in November 2009. Leading a workshop with Grand Rapids, Michigan Mayor George Hartwell.
The title of the workshop was "Reinventing your economy using local assets", Barry was selected specifically for his private sector background and the exposure of recent projects: "Food-Business Parks of Bridgeton" and the "Culinary Arts District" have spured.
The Workshop demonstrates what marketing tools have been applied in the City of Bridgeton over the last 18 months and the upcoming initiatives to be launched as a result.
